Mike's Mic Volume 13 - Trying to keep hope alive

Two weeks from Sine Die, and the legislature still hasn't passed a budget.  Mike is trying to keep hope alive, but hoping for a special session so members have time to go home to their constituents and realize people care more about the quality of education for their children and keeping nursing homes open than they do for tax breaks for yacht owners.  Mike's Mic volume 13 was filmed on Friday the 13th.  Spooky!
